The soaring temperatures that countries are now experiencing encourage the dreaded Zika Virus to spread more progressively. Mosquitoes carry the Zika virus and the hotter the temperature the more illness is transmitted by these blood suckers. Here are the Zika Virus Symptoms.
A sudden fever

The Zika Virus Symptoms can last for several days to a week.
If you experience these symptoms go to your healthcare provider, as these symptoms are similar to those of dengue and chikungunya. Inform your healthcare provider if you have traveled to places where Zika is found.
Treat the symptoms
There is no medicine to treat Zika infections, so just treat the symptoms.
Plenty of rest. Plenty of fluids, stay hydrated. Drink Tylenol® for fever and pain. Do not drink aspirin and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, take medicine like Acetaminophen and Tylenol.
An infected mosquito can then spread the virus to other people. The Zika Virus has given rise to a global emergency situation. It is also becoming prevalent in United States. WHO’s director-general, Margaret Chan, said the virus is “spreading explosively” through Latin America. Airlines are refunding tickets to to passengers who have booked tickets to Latin America.
The Zika Virus is only now in the early stages but it is getting worse. 1 in 5 people infected with Zika virus become ill. The incubation period of the Zika virus is not known, but is thought to be a few days to a week.
